Shipping Policy
1. Tax exempt customers please type "tax exempt" in the coupon redemption section when checking out. We MUST have tax information on file for your organization before we will honor tax exemption.
2. All orders are charged 12% of their subtotal for shipping costs, but no less than $8.95 for ground UPS delivery.
3. Rush delivery is available. Please call or email to discuss rates.
4. Please note that international orders will be subject to additional freight charges. We will e-mail you regarding shipping preferences/quotes. Return Policy
For online orders there is a 20% restocking fee on returned items, subject to the following conditions:
1. Only items that are unopened and in saleable condition may be returned.
2. All TAKS books are non-returnable.
3. All other books are returnable within 10 days from date received.
4. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the item to us and will be credited once the item is received.
